Our serivce includes meeting you at Eduardo Gomez International Airport in Manaus in an air conditioned van and transporting you and your baggage to the Marie in Manaus to begin your trip, as well as returning to the airport at the end of the voyage. 

We offer world class cuisine prepared in our huge galley which is open to the dining area and available for guests to prepare their own dishes if they desire.  Guests can see their food being prepared.

One highlight of the MARIE is a spectacular spiral staircase, made out of Cumaru, connecting all 3 decks.

There are 4 air conditioned master suites each with private bathroom, with American Shower Massages.  Each suite is air conditioned and furnished with a double and single bed, a closet with drawers and a radio/CD player.  Bathrooms have sliding glass shower doors and granite counter tops with 8 drawers providing plenty of space for toilet articles, lingerie, medicines.



The dining room is furnished with an exquisite Sukipia table that comfortably seats 10 persons in rattan cushioned chairs.  The salon has comfortable seating for twelve persons, having two huge leather cushioned sofas,  TV and DVD.

The galley has a five burner GE stainless steel gas stove with large oven, ice maker, trash compactor, double stainless steel sinks, an island workspace with another stainless steel sink.  Counter tops are fashioned from beautiful reddish colored granite mined in the Amazon, called Amazon Star.

There are 3 decks and a swim platform at the stern for easy entry into the flat boats.  The top deck is shaded for hammocks, viewing the jungle and rivers when underway and relaxing at night.  There is an open area there as well for sunbathing.

The twin 215hp MWM engines will take you quietly through the Amazon paradise. GPS, depth finder, radar, infrared camera and chart plotter will make your trip a very safe one.

Two 30 kVA generators provide energy for air conditioning throughout the Marie, refrigerator, freezers and ice maker.  Aft on the shaded second deck there is plenty of room to relax and chat.  

Accompanying the MARIE is a fleet of four 18 ft aluminum flatboats with cushioned seats and backrests, swivel chairs for guests, equipped with 40 or 15hp Yamaha engines.

Internet is available where ever we are in the Amazon.  You will never be out of contact with loved ones at home.  You have the security of staying in touch with the rest of the world. 

Only three changes of clothes are needed.  We have a full laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron as well as an expert laundress.

A well equipped air conditioned work shop is located amid ships in the hull.  It includes 5/8" drill press, bench grinder, table saw, compound laser miter saw and a myriad of hand tools.  All are available for guests to use to make their own handcrafts out of precious woods of the Amazon.  We carry a good supply of various beautiful rare woods of the Amazon.
